Anyone rented a picnic spot at eisenhower park?

We were gonna have our E-party in my yard....but i thought if its cheap enough maybe eisenhower park. does anyone know what the fee is? I know its $15 for the leisre pass but how much is the actual fee to use the grounds??

a friend of mine had her daughters party there a couple of years ago, and she said she didn't pay anything. the only thing is it's first come first serve. she had to go at like 6 in the morning and save her spot.
i don't know if things have changed since then.
