This is the one on LI - the challenge is tomorrow and the winners from that are entered into another leg of the race - I believe.

I thought you were referring to the one in Central Park. If you are running good luck.

Thanks Shamma but I am NOT a runner. I was thinking of walking...FH is running again - I usually go to cheer him on.

Juliet - will you be there? Which team is your FH running for?

The walk is good too, is it the same # of miles as it is here in CP?? I run/walk it.

All the Corporate Challenges are 3.5 miles. The ones in CP are for NYC, Long Island has its own at Jones Beach. The LI race is tomorrow evening. I have been running it every year for the last 5 years but can't run this year bc our wedding is this Friday, too much left to do.

The finals are usually the first weekend in October. We always go to that too, but won't this year since we won't be running tomorrow night.

FH is really very good. Last year is came in 2nd place overall!!! I came in first female for my company, but he came in 2nd for the entire race! That's my FH!!!

Our company is participating, but I am not. I can't run to save my life!!

If I can get home from work, I may go and cheer for FH. But since I work in NYC and don't get home until 7, I'm not sure
