You can make those....I did....all you need is word and know how to xerox paper. It was a little difficult, but I have patience. I was quoted almost 700.000 to make them.. Total cost to be was 50.00 plus time

funny. I'm making mine today and they look similiar to this. I was able to buy my paper from paperandmore.com and then I printed them up on my printer and then cut them with a paper cutter. Now I just have to punch them and attach the ribbon.

Regency makes them also. I was quoted $250 for them at an invitiation place on Long Beach Road in Oceanside. The top page is vellum.

Mine were kind of like that and they were by Encore.
Have you checked out their website? They were surprisingly affordable.

Thanks for the paperandmore referral- they are so affordable. A co-worker offered to make my menus and programs, another co-worker is doing the art work for the program cover- for $50- they will looks like I spent hundreds! Thanks so much!

I made mine and they were very similiar. It was sorta time consuming, but I am so glad I made them myself. I received soo many compliments on them. A few guests asked my MIL where I had them made, they loved them.
