I really like this show, I just started watching it 2 weeks ago, but I think it is such a positive and inspiring show. These people are changing there lives and their lifestyles.

lisa. I was expecting Gary when I first saw the show. Gary was down because he thought he was the one who was going to leave but I think his trainer (Bob?) gave him a boost and really worked him hard that week and he lost 6 pounds to Lisa's 2.

It was so awesome the way Ryan made everyone think that he wasn't going to vote for Lisa, but then he did! Me and DH were like, whoa!!!! But he did a smart thing, because Lisa and the other girl are more his competition than Mo is, so Mo is no threat if he stays (unless he all of a sudden starts losing some major weight).

It was a bit underhanded what Ryan did but it was definitely the best decision in his favor.
