no, that was the village actress that always seemed to be getting her hair done! LOL

yep, I was up watching last night too- there is a marathon on Sunday before the new season premiere! FH was dying...he told me if I ever made him work just so I can buy shoes, he'd introduce my As$ to the bottom of his!

seriously, I felt bad for Joe (Miho), but she looked overwhelmed to- I hope it works out.

I forget the girls name, but the one with issues with her RD dress is a little OFF too ( I saw her in the later episodes) her MOM though is actually worse!

I HOPE I don't turn into that, but hey. you never know......

that's the one I thought was cool and really not zilla-ish. what's her name???? crap! although she did have mega RD dress issues. and her parents paid for every cent. her dad said, 'to do it right you have to spend at least $100k.' gulp. i could have had 2 weddings on that! ha

Am I the only one who thought her RD dress was ugly? And I don't understand why that designer couldn't put the 'plunging neckline' on the white dress. (The white dress was cuter by the way....)

Didn't Joe have a Vespa which he loved to ride, and she (Miho) said he couldn't ride it anymore?! I didn't like her at all!
But I too, liked Karen...

I love this show, I can't wait for new ones to air!!! I always watch when WE has a marathon of it.. even though I've seen them all!
I'm also a fan of Buff Brides... I need to get a life!

I felt bad he had to get rid of his motorcycle thing.... poor guy, you could see he was really attached to it. WHy was it such a big deal for her to let him to keep it? Bi--h!!!

I would be JUMPING FOR JOY if FH had a Vespa- I LOVE them

it's a shame- no one should make someone give up something they love (especially if it's as harmless as SCOOTER riding- it's not even a motorcycle, which can be dangerous!)

I knwo for a fact that SEASON 2 is starting soon...the newspaper for Orange County had the winner of a 50,000 wedding certificate on the front cover today. There was a big competition promoting the new season and a girl from the hudson valley won.

Cant wait but I doubt it will be the same- these ladies know they will be shown in a bad light if they really are BRIDEZILLAS

you guys liked Karen???

I thought she was so materialistic... like she expected a house in the hamptons. She spent so much time obsessing over how to impress people that she never had any fun and made everyone around her miserable!

Back in 2003, I can't remember if it was on here or theknot local LI board, but one of the girls was a member!

She posted her info on the whole thing.

They were told that the working title was either 'Manhattan Brides' or 'New York Brides'

And, her story was edited down to only show her flipping out. Apparantly, it was a few days before her wedding, and she was told that the store didn't know if they would have her dress ready in time. So, she flipped, cried, etc.

But, when her story aired, it only showed her flipping out and crying- there was no mention of the behind-the-scenes drama.

Julia is awful. That girl Michelle was rotten, too. It was on last night!!!!
