I dont know if this helps, Parade of shoes had/has them. I know around here a few went out of biz..dont know if that meant all of them and I have seen them at Macys and Nordstrom.
ETA:Nina makes a similar pair and thats the one Im referring to.

Flowerama Bridal Plaza carries them, both in their Queens (Glendale) store and in their Elmont store.
