Do you have any idea of what company makes it?
I just went to a place in Manhasset called Inklinations -- they have a HUGE selection of books...You can bring them a picture and hopefuly you can find it? --or any place for that matter

if you're looking to put a monogram of your initials on a blank invitation, you could probably make your own monogram and print it out yourself. that is, if you're into doing it yourself. a lot of girls make their personalized monograms on powerpoint or microsoft word. if you would like someone else to do it yourself, you could check out this website:
I found that one online too -- I can't remember where but I loved the way it looked too and also saved the picture. Let me look and see if I can find it. Good taste!! We wanted to use that for our programs maybe.

I can't find the exact one you had posted -- that I also liked and have saved. But here's a site I used for ideas, they mke custom programs and invites, on the bottom row, the second picture in looks similiar to the one in your album.
they do all custome work so you could probably send them the picture you have and work off of that. hope this helped

Post on the vendors helping brides section. I went there with a pick of the one I wanted and Invitation and Beyond got back to be that they carried it and offered discounted prices! Worth a try??
