Anyone selling a Condo/Townhouse in Queens or Nassau?
my hubby and i are looking for a place to live. we are looking at coops, but we are more interested in condos. we cannot afford a house right now. thanks!

for queens, bayside, college point, whitestone nassau: pretty much anywhere!
i forgot to mention, something affordable

Anything 2 bedroom plus in Nassau County will probably cost you $350k and up.
My dad lives in Oceanside and I know there is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath for sale and it is $369k

We're not selling but I can let you know that College Point isn't cheap - most of the condos start at $359,000 and some go up to $500,000. Have you looked at Harmon homes? I always pick those up in the supermarket and they usually have condo/coops as well as homes.
