We're e-mailing out an OOT guide to our OOT guests with info on hotel, airports, things to do in the area, things to do in NYC, etc. We're hoping it will lead more people to block rooms early!
I'm making some final revisions, but does anyone have any suggestions for things to include? Also, if anyone is willing to send me theirs I can FM you my e-mail address.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Anyone send out an OOT Guide?
THats a really cute idea!
We sent out a newsletter! If you have a MAC its easy to make.. if you have a PC just google templates. We included the save the date magnet with it and hotel info..
But if I were going to to an OOT guide, I think the newsletter or a brochure would be a cute idea!!!
Post it when your done, GL

That is an excellent idea! I don't think I've heard of anyone doing that. I will keep an eye out for any templates I come across and let you know!
