anyone speak to 12th night within the last week?

We're waitin for them to send us some pictures for LIW... and they said they would send them by Thursday and I havnt heard from them...Ive emailed them three times already since too and no response.. which is totally not like them

Kind of worried somethigs wrong. Just wanted to see if anyones spoken to them this week?
