if you do a search on this on BHB or post there you will get alot of responses since alot of 06 and 07 brides went to sandals or will do so soon. THe most popular from what ive seen is sandals, st.lucia. Wait i think Matilde is doing that one too

I would be a little leary about Sandals in Jamaica. We flew down there and that is where my sister got married. Needless to say, it has turned me off of Jamaica forever!

ok i took denise's advice and did a search. i found really good feedback about st lucia sandals, so now i'm really considering it.
BUT someone mentioned that there is a rain season there, but didn't say when that is. does anyone know, or know how i would find that out? i wouldnt want to honeymoon there during a time when it rains the majorite of the time!!

During the hottest time of year (June-August), daytime temperatures can reach the 90s F/32-37 C. The rainy season is June-November, but don't expect a constant downpour. Rather, there are numerous short but incredibly intense showers. Trade winds provide breezes year-round, regardless of the season.

Check out Secrets Excellence Resorts. We went to Sandals back in 2001 and loved it....but then we went to Secrets in Punta Cana in 2005 and thought is was even NICER!! Although you can't go wrong with Sandals.....I definitely recommend Secrets. It's all inclusive, and you get a jacuzzi in EVERY room there! And everything was sooooo clean!! I have been to Jamaica on a cruise stop over, and would not go back to Jamaica as well.
