Anyone still think about....

We've been married for over 50 days now and I still think back about the couple of people that really annoyed me before & during our wedding. Don't get me wrong - we had an absolutely fantastic day and it was not ruined by these people - but I still get annoyed thinking about them!

Anyone else?

I was still steamed about what happened on my wedding day on our HM!!! I'm sitting there relaxing by the pool and rehashing every moment of that morning pissed off.....I still think about it every now and then

Eventually it does get put in the back of your mind...but you never do truly forget it....

Absolutely. I still want to send the no shows a copy of the RSVP card stating that they are attending and want to draw a big fat question mark in RED.

Oh yeah! My BM/SIL got married two months after I did and we had some people who were trying to rain on our parade throughout the whole process. It was more on her than me but everyone had to be expsosed to it and it really put a damper on things. It turned out to be jealously. You know what they say...weddings bring out the worst in people.

I do, esp when said bridesmaid called me to talk to him at 11pm at night. I let the machine pick up because I didn't feel like talking to her. DH wants me to bury the hatchet, but I can't just yet!

definitely. overall everyone was amazing, but my MIL was really hurtful throughout the whole process. I'm still having a hard time with it.

I'm having a really difficult time getting over the behavior of my in-laws - particularly MIL - during the planning process. She made me miserable and when I got my wedding video back, she even says 'I know it's been a tough year but...' pang. My stomach started hurting again.

I hear the words of my in-laws in my head a lot:

'People die. Deal with it.'
(My mom passed away 5 years ago)

'I wish I could just drop you off at the side of the road.'
(B/C I was asking for their tables and told them that I don't think I'll be able to make my very time consuming placecards because they were waiting for the very last minute)

'This isn't about what you want. It's about what MIL wants.'
(Outside of the photographer that I wanted to book at the time and didn't.)

I could go on and on....

I am never going to forgive my Aunt (the Mother of my Flowergirl) for all the stress, tears and noise she made throughout my whole wedding planning and running around like a nut during my cermony!

And its almost a year since I got married..

Thanks for your honest responses. I don't want to seem petty but some people really pi$$ed me off!

Like my MIL's neighbor's husband - whom I had never met before - kept coming up to me at the beginning of the reception pawing at me - he was obviously drunk already - and when I turned my back on him to speak to some of my other guests he tried to lift up the back of my dress! When DH & I kissed at the ceremony he actually screamed out 'Save it for the honeymoon!' I have the videographer editing that out thank God.

And of course the relative who seemed to forget that it was our event and it didn't revolve around him...

Yes, I will never forget how I flew down south for my cousins wedding in May (they live in NYC) and how the whole family left my wedding before the cake was cut. No excuse either.
