I used to a lot. Not so much anymore. Still do sometimes. I used to get chest pains a lot. I finally went to the ER one night because it was bad and the doctor told me all the tests that it was anxiety.

For anyone that does I read a great book that has really helped me. If you want the info let me know. It would probably help even more but I don't really have the time to do the exercises right now with studying. Its very inspirational though!

i used to have them when i was in school..i definately still get anxious though..I hope you feel better

not really..i mean i was for a while having something i may consider panic attacks but i dont think i would be clinically diagnosed.
i just get really nervous.

Sometimes, I think I get anxiety from nervousness. Is this wedding related, the more you are getting close to your day, the more you are panicing???? IF you want to talk, FM me

well there is a difference between getting nervous and real anxiety attacks and being diagnosed with this, so not sure which you have tilde but I already Fm'ed you regarding all of this.
anxiety attacks are not just about big things going on at the moment and getting nervous about it, sometimes its small things, sometimes you won't even know why and you can't control it. I get nervous too and feel at times i can't take it a certain thing going on in my life but its not real anxiety attacks, someone close to me suffers from this and i see the big difference
