I need to take 2 English classes to complete my English certification. I figured I would try to take them at NCC as a non-degree student (since the price per credit is much cheaper than other colleges around here).
However, all the interesting classes have pre-requesites! I already have my MA so I dont want to take a college entry english class. Anyone know if I can bypass this and take a higher level class?
TIA ;)

Re: anyone take classes/taken at NCC? (NWR)
I took classes at SCCC as a non matriculated student. I needed to take specific classes to have transferred to my hs instead of taking them IN my actual hs because of some problems I was having there. I took about 18 high school credits at SCCC.
One of the classes needed to be a writing class of some sort. Creative writing was being offered and I wanted to take it, but it had a prereq. The registrar told me prereq's can be waived by the professor, so I got in touch with him and it wasn't a problem, especially since I wasn't matriculated. So, my suggestion would be, call the registrar, see if you can get the prof's info and email them. HTH.
