does anyone take a power yoga class? I want to find one but I don't know where to go. I was also looking for a weekend yoga retreat - anyone know someplace on long island?

I do on tape 'Dennis Austins' Fat blasting yoga. It really firms me up quick.

Check out http://www.spafinder.com/index.jsp for a weekend retreat.

Have fun!!!
