I get bored very easily at the gym so I want to do something that will keep me motivated. I thought of taking kickboxing in Long Beach. I would like to drop 30 lbs. in 5 months. I think kickboxing is a great workout. Anyone else do it?
If you don't mind traveling... like - 45 minutes or so - there is an awesome class in Greenlawn (near Commack!)
I do tae bo at home, which is similar and it is an AWESOME workout!!!
there is an awesome kickoxing place in merrick.... its called kickboxing and beyond. I think it is $150 for 15 classes... $10 per class isnt too bad.
