I just bought some of the powder and realized I don't have a blender (weird, I know, it broke and I never got a new one) but I am going to buy one today. I hope the shakes are good.

I used to make powdered shakes and I liked the chocolate one.
I used to mix the powder in a little water until it was fully dissolved and then fill the container and add ice if I was drinking it right away. Sometimes I would throw in a tablespoon of heavy cream.
The premixed cans are good but they need to be ICE cold IMO.

I get the premixed ones at Costco. I can never mix them well enough by hand for it not to be 'clumpy' without the blender.. I hate cleaning the blender....

Yup - I like the ones in the can better too. I'm another one that can't get the powder mix to come out right. Yuck! But I do love the Chocolate Delight Shakes in the can - but it's true - they need to be very cold before you drink.

My boss shared some of his Atkins shake w/ me and I went out and bought some, they are great!!! I think they're better than slimfast! They need to be COLD!
