I saw a sign in my train station this morning for 5 sessions of thursday night prenantal yoga in december from 7:30 to 8:30. Seeing as this is creeping into my recent bedtime, it may be hard to get my butt there but I think I may try. The sign said it's being held at Long Island Shotokan at 400 Hempstead Turnpike - I'm not sure where that it but I live in Garden City and figure it's close to there....If anyone knows anything about or if you're thinking of trying it out, let me know. I think it said $60 for 5 sessions...

HI there Garden City buddy-
I would be really into that...but Thursdays in december are already spoken for. Let me know if you can do January of of they offer it- I may be able to swing that. I am also looking into pregnany pilates.

Hey there - I agree - Decembers are tough! but I may try to make a couple of sessions - I'll let you know how it goes if I can make it there. there was an email address on the sign which I'll get tomorrow and email the instructor to see if she has any other dates coming up - could be fun....
I used to do pilates twice a week but read that it may not be the best to continue during pregnancy - I miss it so much.... let me know if you find anything on the prenatal pilates too.
