did you try to drink some hot tea? maybe take a bath to relax you. that always helps me fall asleep

FI has on sportscenter in the bedroom so I'll try and stay up as late as I can then go to bed and fall right out. Sportscenter is so boring, but when I fall asleep I like to have shows on that I like not silly sports center
