Anyone use 5th Avenue Diamonds on Broadway in Jericho?

I used them and sent my brother to them for my FSIL's ring but there is a problem and we really need to get incontact with them. There is a for rent sign in the window and the phone was disconnected.

Just wondering if anyone had any info

TIA
