I just picked mine (a night guard to prevent grinding) up yesterday and tried to wear it to sleep last night.
Its REALLY tight on my teeth! I feel like when I pull it out, Im going to rip all of my teeth out.
Is this normal? How snug should it fit on your teeth?

Mine feels like it does not fit on my front teeth. I wake up with pain that is similar to when I had braces. I'm not very good about wearing it and may try another type.

it will loosen over time - and i actually managed to bite through mine!! can we say - this girl is stressed??

It will loosen up a little bit as you wear it.

When, I first got mine I don't remember it being that tight. I wear mine on my bottom teeth. It doesn't effect my top teeth at all. If it's still bothering you after a couple of days, I would call up the doctor's office and ask them.
