Hi Girls. Going on 10 weeks and have yet to see a single photo. Some girls who got married after me have all their photos and one has their video! They did not use Duet. This is holding up my thank you cards as well. Anyone use them and how long did it take for you to get your photos? I probably won't see my album for a year! They said 6-8 weeks for my proofs.

I used them....... I emailed them and they told me 8 weeks for proofs

I used them as well. I was originally told 6 weeks then I called and they said 8.
You should call them and find out what is going on 10 weeks is way too long to get the proofs back.

I have contacted them a few times and all they say is they will call me when they come in. They only come in on Thursday and Fridays so I feel like it's pointless to contact them early in the week. Very frustrating after all the money we spent!

I'm sorry you are having such a bad experience. I know duet was great for me the whole time up to now waiting for proofs.

I used Alberto as well. I don't like how you have to pay your balance when you get your proofs. Then there is even less incentive for them to get you your album and video.

I just got off the phone with duet.
First they told me the end of October. Halloween came and so I called and was told the 2nd week in November. Now I'm being told Nov 30

How frustrating!! I'm sure I will go through the same thing. Like most wedding vendors, they have your money and then you are at their mercy!
