Anyone use Duet? - How long did proofs take?

I have been happy with Duet Photography so far...however I was told 6-8 weeks for proofs, then 8-10 weeks, now its 10-12 weeks...I feel like when I call in 2 weeks they will tell me it takes 12-14 weeks.

How long did everyone have to wait before they got their proofs?? Just want to get an idea if this is normal or not.
