I am getting my makeup done there for my E-Party (only because its free because I am registered at Fortunoff) I was just wondering if anyone used them for their wedding day and what their experience was...TIA

My stepsister uses them all the time for any occasion and they always do an awesome job, she didnt find out about them until after her wedding. she goes to the one in merrick. good luck it doesnt hurt to go for a trial too especially since its free! oh and she has them blow out her hair too they do a great job I wish I had the time to do that!!! good luck!

I thought that I like the makeup application that I got for free with my fortunoff registry, but after I took a picture of myself I hated it. Best Advice after a makeup trial, take your picture. That was the way I decided and I am so glad I did.

I had my hair and makeup done there for a black tie party I went to last Nov., and I didn't care for the way either turned out.

yes it was the one at the source. but if it's a free trial, then it can't hurt...you can decide for yourself.

I didn't like the colors they chose for me. The blush was not my color at all, and it didn't look good in the pics. Also the eye makeup was very overdone.

My face just looked washed out. Not bright, and refreshing like you want to look for your wedding.

i got my make up done there when i was a BM and by the time i got to the reception i looked like i had no make up on!! the make up was nothing to brag about and i hated it.... JMO

I had my hair and make-up done there for my cousins wedding and honestly I was not impressed at all! The make-up artist did the smoky eye thing which I HATE and some hot pink lipstick! I had another girls touch it up and fix it for me, but I just ended up going home and fixing it myself! If you tell them exactly what you want you should be fine.....I didnt find them to be very personable either!

I had a includes all gift certificate there for a day of beauty last year... obviously the make-up was the last thing they did, and although they did a good job it wasnt what I expected...
The girl didnt asked me what I wanted...she was chatting away with the other make-up girl...I didnt leave there saying she messed anything up....TRUST ME you wont leave there and have to go home and do your make-up but be very clear with what you want!!!!!!and if you want more or less than something make them redo it!!!

i went for a full day of beauty there..everything was great but i didnt like my makeup..i just dont like foundation..and she put alot on me..a little is too much for me..there are different makeup artists..just try it..you may like it..its free..just go early enough in case you need to wash it off....i can say im going there for a full body massage soon..i loveeeeeed it when i went !!
