I was just looking at their website and they have some nice limos...........anybody have good/bad experiences with them??? Thanks!!

I almost used them for my prom, 7 years ago. Out of my group of friends I was the only one who was 18. Well the person we were speaking to was rude to all of us. Told me I looked like I was 14 (which I STILL do) and gave us a really hard time saying 'why not bring up mommy and daddy?' (in a 'baby voice') I asked to speak to the manager and he pulled the 'i am the manager' card.
WE were the ones paying for our prom, we all worked our butts off saving money and they treated us like children, granted we were only 17/18.. but not for nothing, we were paying, we drove all the way out to smithtown, we were the ones who were going to be in the limo.
my friends ended up using them, I went with others to prom. But I know my friends said the limo driver was rude to them, they went to jersey shore after prom, the driver gave them a really hard time, saying they were 'children' meanwhile at that time they were all 18 and their dates were older.
I know others who have used them for weddings and didn't have a complaint.
Honestly, the way I see it... its just a car, a large car, but a car, 90% of these companies have the same cars, so why pay more somewhere else?
The only reason I refuse to sit down with them is because of how they treated me YEARS ago (I know, THAT is childish, FH is constantly telling me to get over it)... but thats just ME.

I am going to try and find the thread but they were mostly negatives on this company.
Ohhh you guys are making me nervous. We just booked with them because FH's friend works there. I've only heard goos things through word of mouth?

we went and took a look at their antique cars because we wanted to see the actual cars before booking them and they seemed to have a good selection. They told us once a week (maybe Tuesdays? I dont remember) is an open house afternoon/night to come and look at all the cars. We thought, great! We went and there was no such thing, we had to climb around in the garage to see the dilapitated cars. They are not taken care of as well as they should be. Even the Navigator was disappointing. They were also more expensive so we didn't go back.
Definitely go and see the actual cars you will have at your wedding! We are so happy with the company we chose and the owner obviously cares and takes time with his cars.

I have used them for things and they were great. DH was in a friends wedding and they used them and everything was great. I didnt use them for my wedding cause we used someone rec by our RH but based on my past experience I would have used them.

I used them for a wine tour a few years back and well... you get what you pay for! The car was a little run-down but they were very inexpensive.

There have been a lot of negative things about them on here, but my best friend used them for her wedding 2 years ago, I was her MOH. They used one stretch limo, it was nice, driver was nice.
But I have definitely seen many negative reviews about them.

I've used them for proms & going out to the Hamptons for birthdays and never really had a problem...although that was a few years ago. However, we used them to go to Belmont Race Track & they sent a SMALLER limo than we asked for...we barely fit in it and we had to put all of our coolers and stuff in the trunk (which suc ked b/c we wanted to enjoy our beverages & food!)

ok greattttt so i booked them and totally dont wanna read these reviews now,, lol well i met with this girl tricia and she was very nice i saw the cars i spent like 2 hrs there if not longer we got in and out of every car even went to their garage to see their phantom rolls royce (which we loved so booked) and so far my experience has been good... i didnt like the fact that i couldnt make payments over the phone though but that was my only complaint

if you ever have any doubts try looking on the better businness website. That is probably the most helpful website with vendors.

I used them last year for a wine tasting trip and they were great. This year we booked with them again and it was not so good. It was August and the limo they sent didn't have working AC and also had issues with some of the lights. They were willing to switch the car for us but we had to wait in the parking lot where we had met the limo while the driver left to switch cars. They refused to let us go in the limo to the depot for the swap. All in all, we lost about an hour going back and waiting. They did compensate us for the lost time and give us an extra hour but they shouldn't be sending out limos that aren't in good condition.
