Anyone use professional crest white strips for their teeth?
I met a girl today at the gym and she told me that she works for a dentist who recommends professional crest white strips--these are the ones that you have to buy from the dentist and not the store. She said they really work. Anyone use them and what was your experience?

I have never heard of that - I was just at my dentist on Saturday and asked him about teeth whitening and he suggested that I try Crest White Strips and see if they do anything before spending more money at his office - he didn't mention anything about 'professional' ones though...

I used them last year... The results were good!!! They stayed really white for months! You can't beat the price either. The only thing that I didn't like was when they were on- it's kind of hard to talk, you have to keep them on for 30 min. twice a day, so I tried to do it when I was alone, it's kind of a yucky feeling in your mouth. Other than that, I say give it a go!
I'm sorry, I just noticed you wrote PROFESSIONAL--- I just used the ones you can buy at CVS for like $30-40. I'm sure there's not a big difference- if any at all.

My dentist said the pro ones that they sell are like $75 a box. I think I'd try the $30 ones first, which I have heard work well too.

I used them also I didn't do the twice a day thing. I used them once a day. Its hard to talk on the phone you wind up sounding like Cindy from the brady bunch!
They do work some people have noticed my teeth to be whiter.

One of my GM is a Dentist and he gave us the crest strips for whiting teeth. They are the same ones from the store. So dont be fooled. We got them through him, becuase they were FREE!

I'm going to try the store bought ones up to when I see my dentist on the 19th and then if he has the professional ones I may use those after that. I have to see what he says.
He told me that if I drink soda (like coke or pepsi, anything that has that caramel color) to sip through a straw, because it won't stain the teeth as much. Same with iced tea.
