anyone use the band Sound Image

Did anyone use Carmine and his band, Sound Image?
I can not get them to answer my emails and I'm getting really frustratred with them! I'm trying not to call them because I don't want to be a pest, but I changed the song my dad and I are going to dance to and I want to make sure they know it.

Has anyone else used them and had problems getting responses from them?
