MY sister uses it in NJ and I was thinking of getting it. It is $49.99 for unlimited calls. Any feedback on it?

No but we are thinking of getting the new phone that comes with cablevision. Its $34.99 unlimited calls within the US. They said its a regular phone that gets hooked up to your cable modem on your computer. I think thats better than paying $60-$80 a month with Verizon and not making any calls at all.
