Anyone used Artisan Vidoegraphy?

I got a phone call tonight from them and even though I normally wouldn't have made an appointment because I don't like solicitations....the woman was so friendly and upbeat that I coudn''t resist. That and I've been meaning to make appointments with videographers but haven't gotten off my butt to do it.
Does anyone have any feedback about them for me?
Thanks!!

i just looked at their website too!
the pictures look pretty good, i agree - but there is nothing there about video and that's all we need. we already have our photographer.
i guess i'll go in and see. i'll let you know when i come back!

NatalieS - just curious if you went in to see Artisan? I also keep getting phone calls from them but that was by my own doing. I have a friend that used them a few years ago and they recommended so I called. But I haven't had time to go see. Have you? If so, I'd like to know what you thought? Do you know how much they charge?

I have met with them for video and loved them. They are so nice and so accomodating. Unfortunately things didn't work out for my date. Their work seemed very nice - I was impressed.

for those interested - we actually booked artisan for video.
the people were sooooo nice that we dealt with....the woman on the phone (Lynne i guess) was incredibly nice and Chuch - the guy we spoke to about thir video services was really friendly also. they actually check out LIWeddings sometimes, and commented on a post FH and I had both been on!
But their video price was reasonable....pretty middle of the road. and the video we saw was very nice.
not sure about their photography though!
hope this helps anyone out there still wondering!
