With only 85 days to go, I'm getting a little nervous, hoping I chose all the right people and places for my wedding. Does anyone have experience with the following places and vendors?
Reception- The Riviera at Massapequa Limos- Cruise Control Limos Photo- Timeless Impressions. Video- Multi Media Video Florist- Flowers by Lorraine. Bakery- Black Forest Bakery. DJ- Energy Entertainment. Music- Janet King, Harp, for cocktail hour. Music- The Royal Brass, for ceremony.

I'm using Janet King as my harpist for the ceremony. So far I have had good conversations with her, and she's been very nice to deal with. Aside from that, I could tell you more after the wedding in a couple of months. I do know a few Brides here have used her, and always given her good reviews.

is that the Black Forest Bakery in Babylon?? if so, they are AWESOME!! i live right by them so i go there all the time for cakes, cookies, etc. everything there is always good!!
Edited to say: Novemberbride is right - it's in Lindenhurst on Main Street, not Babylon on Main Street.

Black Forest Bakery in Lindenhurst is excellent.They made our wedding cake. Everyone loved it.It was beautiful and delicious!!!!

I am also having my wedding at the Riviera. I tried the food there, it was good, and I have heard nothing but great things about that place. I believe that the wedding cake they use there is from black forest bakery, and the house florist is flowers by lorraine. I am using different vendors from the rest of yours, but I will check them out. Good luck!

I used Energy Entertainment and I highly recommend them. They were one of my favorite parts of my wedding and they kept all of our guest dancing the whole time. Our friends also used them and there wedding was amazing.

Janet King performed at my ceremony and was great! Black Forest made my Sweet 16 cake (many years ago) and it was great but I have no current info on them.

Black Forest is the Best!! I grew up in Lindy and they always had the best cakes and cookies. My Family always goes there. I was actually thinking about them the other day. I wanted there chocolate dipped cookies so bad. You definatly don't have to worry about your cake.

I am using Tanya from Timeless Impressions. She has been such a pleasure to deal with and I loved her work. I could have sat and looked at her albums for hours. I can't wait to use her.

I agree with you about Tanya. She is sooo very nice and really takes an interest in your wedding. I think we're shooting our engagement portraits in a few weeks. I have to call in early April to set it up. Yay!

One of the guys that I work with - his wife is like a manager or something over there...... the cakes are 2 die for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
