I liked Janet at Society Weddings. We're considering hiring her for a day of coordinator. She's not cheap, but she's not the most expensive either. Also, there's someone on here that lots of people have used..do a search for coordinator. I don't know if she does hourly consulting as well though.

I used about 100 consultants. They all log on to LIW each day, and don't charge a penny!
