Are you in college? When I was still in school I would do anything but study...clean, call friends, bake...finally I would sit down and do it. My Mom called it the 'clearing the plate' syndrome. I needed to have all things done before doing the big thing. I was a major crammer in college..people say it doesn't work, bull, I got a doctorate with it and can still remember.
