my MOH reserved a certain amount of tickets for awesome 80s prom on oct. 11th. one of the definite 'yes' tickets had to back out due to family obligations. now, if we don't fill that ticket my MOH is out the $.

Sounds fun.......we were thinking of doing the same thing for my Bachelorette party......'Date Twin' I think we are going to do a spa day instead.

Have the person who backed out pay your MOH. It's not fair for your MOH to have to pay for it, even if there is a family issue -- I mean, even if it was a serious issue in my family and I had to back out of something, I would hate for someone else to pay for something that was my doing. You know?

I agree- we almost had a similar situation for my friend's b-party a few months ago, and we gently told her that she would be out the $$. . . she ended up coming in the end!
