Oooh, that's a good question!
I grew up with the business. My parents had an invitation and party store in Brooklyn, where we lived.
After college, I worked for a while as an Website Producer (for Esquire Magazine and then later for iVillage.com) ... but after 9/11 they closed my department and I needed to figure out what to do next.
My brother and I decided to open a store in Oceanside almost 4 years ago. Now Mom and Dad are there with us every day too!
Its a real family business!
And I love what I do, its such a happy business to be in -- almost everyone that I work with is celebrating something!

This is my longest relationship ... I got bored of all the others after a year or so (or they got bored of me!)
