Re: Anyone want to play Virtual Model starring JessicaM. and her dress!
this is so much fun
I love your hair and your dress. I would do simple earrings, as not to take away from the bodice of your dress, e.g., maybe teardrop earrings a la oprah... definately no long necklace! if you keep your jewelry somewhat subtle, you can go dramatic with your make-up, maybe grace kelly type of glam.... red lips, etc.

i agree about the earrings. if u do a necklace, do something light and w/ crystals and not long at all.
ETA: check out my jewelry as an example: it's the 2nd pic my day of jewelry

Jess - I'm voting for earrings alone, and no other accessory.
ETA: Your bodice is really detailed, and putting too much 'bling' on your earrings or necklace would honestly be over-kill. I also think you should wear a simple pair of pearl earrings.

I envision, pearl drop or other drop earrings on you (delicate looking) and a delicate necklace...but honestly your bodice is so detailed that you dont really need anything...but then again something delicate would look beautiful on your neck.

I would say wearing some earrings that are not that big or overwhelming. Something simple and elegant. I wouldn't wear a necklace. Your bodice has alot of detail on it. BUT, if you insist you want a necklace, then I'd suggest something with a single stone. Nothing with too much detail. The simpler the better.

thanks for all of the suggestions ladies. fh was a little taken aback at the idea of not wearing a necklace, but I have to do what looks best.
I want to focus my search on earrings.

What kind of earring would you put on me?
I would wear a drop earring, but not a chandelier. I will look for a pic of what I mean and get back to you.
Would I wear a necklace? if so, what kind?
No, because of the extensive detail on your dress, the neckline & your fabulous neck (that's a weird statement) anyway - all those three things would make a necklace distract and not play up.
Would any of you put a necklace that is long in the BACK?
I love those long in the back necklaces, ALOT. But your dress is too detailed for that look IMO. It works best on a simpler styled gown.

are you wearing gold toned jewelry?
well if so then this doesn't help you, but I think these would complement your dress and your classic look.
