Update So I went today and it was great. I'm so happy that I went. I hope to lose some weight. I made a friend there.

go to the meetings...they are so encouraging and give u great recipes for healthy food...ur gonna love it...i cant wait to see the scale on wednesday...lol who would of ever thought

8 pounds in 3 weeks ...but i went off for a week because it was valentines and my bday so i was out almost every night ....i also work out 6 days a week

Wow that is good. I was doing good but so many things were coming up and it was hard to follow. Now that everything is over with im going to start it. I'm scared to go to the meeting. What do you do? How much is it to buy the book or do they give it to you? I have one of the books? TIA

noooo dont be scared its actually fun...my leader is hysterical! its 12 a week and they give u a book for free....but u always have to pay the 12
get the snacks they have there...the pretzels and the fruities are amazing!
im tellin u theres nothing to be scared of at all...i promise

the meetings are a half hour...the whole month cost 40 but id rather pay the weekly thats just me
the pretzels are 4.5 and come in a box with i think 5 bags...but he honey mustard ones are the best ...and the fruities are 2.5 i love the blackberry ones
lol i feel like a weight watcher commercial
and they take cash and check...i never tried to pay with credit so i dont no...sry

i did it a while back..i still have all the books they give you for fast food and grocery shopping all the points..i might do it again
