That is my absolute favorite show!!! FH and I watch it together all the time. It's footage from some Japanese game show from the 80's, Takeshi's Castle. Go to their website and click on 'Injuries' on the side. Nuts!! This could never have been done in America!

My DH and I watch this like every night before bed... it cracks us up! I love Captain Tenille! Did anyone see the one where the guy was dressed up as a giant foot running along those dominos? OMG I nearly peed in my pants!
