AnYONE WHO HAD ESTATE AT EAST WINDS I HAVE A QUESTION!!!
Do you think 150 people would fit in there ok, or is it too big for that many people.. My FMIL has scared me, she thinks it is going to be too big for 150 people, but the gardens is way too small for 150 peeps.. what do you think? how many people did you have??

I think that 150 would be perfect! I agree with you, 150 is way to many for the country gardens! We are still waiting to hear from some people (can you believe how rude people can be my final number is due at East Wind next week!) and I think that we are at about 175 we invited 200. Good Luck!!

150 is perfect for the estate! Country Gardens is more for 90-120. You don't want people on top of each other. My best friend is having that amt at the estate.

I am confused. I guess its really bad considering I ma getting married at east wind. I dont think the estate is too big for 150. It is going to be all in the way you set up the tables. Dont forget you need room for the band/dj and a vendors table, favor table. I wouldnt worry about it. What is the difference between country gardens and the estate.

I had about 145-150 at the Estate and it was perfect. People weren't all smushed together and there was plenty of room on the dance floor. I think it can hold up to 300 in the Estate. My seating plan had 25 tables on it but we only used 13.

Country Gardens is their third building and its used for weddings that can accomodate a lot less guests--Inn and Estate can hold more people/guests.

I definaltely thing 150 would fit. It will be roomy too. There is more than enough room in there. We are having 180.

Re: AnYONE WHO HAD ESTATE AT EAST WINDS I HAVE A QUESTION!!!
I went to a wedding this past Saturday at the East Wind and love it. I will post a detailed review tomorrow. I loved the food, the place and they had about 175 guests in the South Grand Ballroom ( I think that's how it was called). I'd probably would have picked the place for my wedding if I had seen the place before but it is definitely out of our options because it is too far away and I didn't like the way the dance floor is set up and the guests but the food, the ambience, the service (with some minor things that I noticed that will need improvement but nothing major but only a LIW bride to be would notice those things ..)the decor..absolutely beautiful and elegant. All the brides that are getting married there have nothing to worry about.
