anyone who has or will be staying at Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge- come in please!!

I blocked rooms for the Holiday Inn Express mainly because they have the shuttle bus. Those who have used them I have a couple of questions:

How many people does the shuttle hold?

Do they make one trip or as many trips as they can to accomodate guests?

What is the deal about baggage? how did you get your stuff there? i dontplan on going until to the hotel until after the wedding? can I drop t off the night before.

Do they have a bar in the hotel and if they do how late are they open.

Thanks for your help!

Re: anyone who has or will be staying at Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge- come in please!!

We used Holiday Inn Express too -
can't help on how many people the bus held because I actually never saw it. I think we only had about 10 or so rooms booked there and as far as I know, everyone who wanted fit.
I believe they would make enough trips to accomodate all the guests but I would assume that they would try to make only one trip if possible.
I had DH drop off our bags and check in earlier in the day. I would think that they might let you drop your bags off the day before and put it in a storage area for you, but definatley call and ask.
And no, no bar in the hotel. But we stayed in the honeymoon suite which had a little bar area or they said we could use the hospitality suite in the hotel - but I believe there are sut up fees and stuff for that and I thin kit also depends on how many rooms were booked in your block.
BTW - make sure to check that all they guests you know are staying there are listted under your block. If you don't have at least 10 (I think) rooms, you don't get the shuttle. They didn't have all ours listed under us for a while so I was a little worried there for a while. Just be on top of them.
