How much you are spending on the RD? Either per person... or in total for how many people. I want to know if the place we just looked at is really high, or about right. Thanks!!!!

I've budgeted about $1,000 or about $50 per person. That's for a Thursday night including liquor & tip.
FIL's are also paying for ours, however I think it is going to be about $40 a person, including tax, tip, and alcohol.
If u have the space, i would totally do a bbq...two of the best RD I had were at someone's house...it was more intimate and there was no time frame..i am actually planning to ask FH's parents to have it at their house instead of a restaurant!
