i am sitting here enjoying a great class of wine and i thought i would tell you what type... Chateau Souverain Chardonnay... I really recommend it... if we have enough wine lovers we should have a thread suggesting and talking about our fav wines.... it will help us relax with our weddings coming up

we are going to join the wine club for Van der Hyden.. they are in Napa, not instores (i think) all their wines are yummy... they have a great late harvest cab... just ordered 1/2 case of pinot noir (savoy vineyards) from Littorai.. my fav red!!!
i am very picky when it comes to chardonnay's i will have to try Chateau Souverain Chardonnay
best thing about wine is it goes great with my fav food.. CHEESE!!!!

I dont know why, but i never aquired a taste for wine... it all tastes the same to me and just dosnt do anything for me... i wish i could like it, i feel like im missing out since so many people enjoy it so much...

I am a big fan of Cabernet's... I don't like whites unless it's like 12:00 on a sunny August day....

I really enjoy the Coppola Bianco-it's a combo of pinot grigio and chardonnay. I also love the Rombauer Chardonnay-very buttery, smooth taste, not like most chardonnays. As for reds, I really like Rodney Strong Pinot Noir.
