I booked with Rich...i dont know who John is. Rich is awesome, i had my mind made up on signing with Flowers by Brian but Rich made me change my mind. Also, i planned on doing my own cp and we decided to let him do them bc he was all about being creative and stuff! He also gae us a great price and i was very happy with him!!
We are working with Rich. Just met with him last Friday and finalized our contract. Met with him several times before and he is always very attentive and helpful. He really know about flowers and decor. As far as all of the good things that you read on LIW about John, you can attribute them to Rich because John is the owner and Rich works for him and both have a great vision, really know flowers and both are very very helpful. We were thinking about switching to John but Rich was always there when we visited and we have not been disappointed thus far.
