so how many are working part time jobs or LOOKING for part time jobs to save for your weddings?

Also, let's see what demographics are - what was your income last year (include any P/T jobs in this too)...

I've been working an additional job part time for 6 years ( ) so it hasn't been for just the wedding.

Just curious, did all of you put down on your applications that you are currently working. I applied during the holidays at a few places and never got any responses back.

I'm a grad student and part of my program is an unpaid internship. I also do some part-time consulting work but that is more for spending money in general! we are fortunate that our parents are paying for the wedding so the only money i may put in is for accessories like my veil and shrug and the belt for the dress. my dress was at the exact top of my budget so accessories are going to be an extra expense, but so far both my mom and FMIL have offered to help pay for those (dad is paying for my gown). but i'm already looking for full time work because i graduate in may!

I do part time make up for extra cash...can't make a living out of it but it's great side money...

same here - my F/T job keeps me busy enough but I first started out doing real estate refinance closings in 2005 - and the $$ got better over time so now I still do closings on Saturdays and sometimes weekday evenings (if they are close to my house) for extra $$$..I don'tthink I will stop doing these either because extra cash is always nice!!!

I was a seasonal at sephora...Unfortunatly the seasonal time is just about to end. The district manager doesn't know if they have it in their budget to keep me as part of the regular staff..I'll find out next week :(
