Anyone's FH NOT involved

My FH wants nothing to do with the wedding. He even refused to go check out the hall. he looked online and said basically any of these 2 i dont care.
I have 3 photo appt this week and i asked him if he wants to go and he said he doesn't care about the pics. the wedding is to make me happy so he is fine with whatever choices i make

His only 2 request was a Martini Bar and a RH that didnt look like a lodge..

He does want to get married and have a huge wedding like i always dreamed of, he he doesnt want to go around visiting vendors and making choices. He just wants to show up and have a good time..

Anyone else have a FH like this?

It's so amazing how you can have to seperate exremes-one FH who is crazy involved and another that doesn't need to be involved. And i don't think it's that he doesn't want the wedding; it's just some men just aren't into all these things. they just want the end result. Maybe he wants to you pick your top photogs and then he'll come in and give his final opinion. maybe he doesn't see the point in visitng 100 (just as an example)

I'm sure he trusts your opinion; but you've got to let him know these things (hall; photo etc aren't things you can decide on alone...and if you do & he voices any opposition later down the line ( i really didn't like this hall; i didn't like the pictures etc) it will come back to him not being involved in the decision making process.

MY FH is hardly involved. The only thing he is really concerned about is the food. He'll always tell me to make an appointment to go for a tasting!

I ask him for his opinion for other things wedding related, and he doesn't really say anything!

When he doesn't like something, Oh well!

Exactly.. he just want to approve the final decision. Say yes or NO. but anything in between that, he doesn't want to hear it... lol
