My friend is getting married at Fox Hollow on a Saturday night in January for about $50/pp including tax. Im sure there are many other options too if you are flexible about the month.

All my prices are for Saturday in June or July. All are under $100 or under $110:
1) Fox Hollow
2) Crest Hollow
3) Steward Manor
4) Stewart Thomas Manor
5) Swan Club
6) Milleridge Cottage (the main house)
7) Beach Club Estate

ETA: I should've mentioned that this is for Sat NIGHT.

I think it depends on the month and the time of the reception. Please provide us with this and we can probably help more.

We're getting married at The Meadow Club in Port Jeff on Saturday Nov. 27th 2004 - it's $82pp ...and I think that includes tax (I'm losing my mind and cant remember right now!) They have great prices...it also includes the cake and you get a bridal suite, valet, coat check, open bar, all the attendants and a 1 hr cocktail hr and 4 hr reception. The place is BEAUTIFUL decorated for Christmas. If you want pics FM me I took some last December when I went there for a show.

My place is one price year round regardless of time. They only do one event per day and you can pick what time you want to start, end, etc.

Island Hills Golf & Country Club
Sayville, NY

Banquet Manager: Charles Marcus
631/589-2200 x120

Tell him Amy Natoli recommended.

Note: THey used to be catered by Luv'N'Oven, but they now do everything in house with an awesome chef. We've eaten there several times!

They are super accomodating, willing to please and their prices are very reasonable. With what we've arranged we are just under $100 per head for a Saturday twilight/night. And that inclues tax AND 18% gratuity!

Im not sure how it happened..i dont think they did much negotiating. I was pretty shocked when I heard about it but Im not that familiar with catering hall prices.

Her wedding is the last Saturday of January and starts at 7. The superbowl is the next day so maybe that was the reason? Not sure.

We checked out Fox Hollow...they were offereing us a little more then that for a saturday night wedding in early June (this was in the prior NOvember)...he had had two cancellations and could not book it...i think it was $75 which was really good just not enough time for me.....

That might of been what happened with SonicStefs friend.

The Milleridge Cottage & Cariage house can both be under $100 per person, if you choose the 2 star menu.

I beleive George Washington Manor ( same owners) is the same price range.

Actually, in December for a Sat night, Milleridge is over $100 - at least the cottage is. The discount months are Jan-April.

I agree, it all depends on what month. We also received a quote of $50 per peson in March on a saturday evening for Fox Hollow.

It is really funny how the banquet manager was trying to talk us into a winter wedding. Must be a slow month.

If I remember correctly, Crest Hollow Country Club was under $100 on a saturday evening in August.

These prices are over 2 years old, they may have gone up.

try watermill, windows on the lake, millerridge inn, again time of yr is big you can negotiate, you can try places if its off time then you can get a lot of places to go down.
