So excited! FH and I just signed contracts for our house today! We want to rent out the upstairs--a two bedroom apartment..please FM me if you're interested! It'll be available July/August!

HI! we're looking for around 1500 a month (negotiable) all utilities included...no pets or smoking please! When you go up the stairs, It's a kitchen/living room combo (spacious kitchen) on the left, a full bath center, and 2 nice size bedrooms on the right. It's an upstairs apartment so it's nice and bright! We can contact the seller to ask to show it if you're still interested...sorry i don't have pictures yet! As soon as I get some, I'll FM them to you! Feel free to ask me any questions you have! -Mari
