Apartment available

Hey everyone...my mom's friend/business partner is renting out an apartment in Roslyn Heights. It's a good size apartment attached to her house. It's a 1 Bed, 2 Bath, LR and DR combo, lots of closet space, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, decent size kitchen. It's a cute apartment. I would take it myself if it wasn't for the fact that it would mean that I would see my mom almost everyday. The rent is $1,400 a month plus electric. It's about 1/2 mile from the parkways and about 1 mile from the train. She's looking for a couple or single with no kids or pets (not sure how she feels about smoking). She wants responsible adults who aren't going to throw parties every weekend.
