DH and I will (hopefully) be moving into our new house by the end of March, so our apartment will be for rent in the West End of Floral Park.
It’s the first floor of a two story house – 1 bedroom, LR w/foyer, kitchen, DR, full basement with washer and dryer, garage, driveway parking, use of the backyard and a 5 min walk to the LIRR.
The landlord lives off premises and has been super cool, so we were just trying to help him out by finding someone to move in. It’s $1600/month and includes all utilities.
