FH and I are decide whether to start with looking for a place to live..We definitely want to move in somewhere sometime next year...

Is anyone plan on starting with Apartment, Condo or Co-op... where do we begin?

we are going to probably start with an apartment. I kind of want a condo though. I wouldnt do a co-op since the boards are always bishes.

FH and I have an apartment together... for us, it's good for now while we save for a house.

My FH and I have a townhome (insurance wise, its considered a condo). Check out insurance info for each just so you know what you will be spending. Also, make sure you get EVERYTHING you want (if you're buying). No sense in getting a place that neither you nor your FH will love. I'm not sure if it helps...

FH moved in a year ago/sTarted with and apartment. Hopefully we'll be closing on our new home very soon

we're living in his late grandma's house right now, getting it ready to be sold. When we sell it, we'll be moving into a nice apartment complex for a year [if I get this job I'm dyinggggggggg for] then buy a house out-of-state.

I feel the same way!! apartment / condo... mom keeps screaming 'Buy a house, Buy a house' but i really dont want that added pressure on our relationship at the pt in our lives right now ...the wedding for us is enough stress.... wedding & house in the same yr mom?? i still love her!

we are in a 2 bedroom apt for now - it is in my parents house so we plan to stay here as long as possible to save money and buy a house one day!

My FH owns a 2 bedroom condo (has owned it for the last 5 years) but I live at home. I want to live home until we are married =) But we plan to stay in his condo for a year or 2 and save for a house

FH and I are going to be moving into a apartment next week!!!!!! 2 bedrooms! I cant wait to have an office!! We were going to do the condo but it was too much money to save for the wedding and pay for that. I thought I would be with my parents till after the wedding but FH suprised me last nite and told me the great news!!!!
