Apartment For Rent in Seaford
Hi girls,
My husband and I are building a brand new one bedroom apartment in the basement of our house. We live in Seaford. Its a one bedroom apartment with use of your own washer and dryer. We are looking for $1,200 a month (includes all)
We are looking to have a tenant move in either November 1st or Nov. 15th. We are waiting for the cabinets to be installed any day now. Everything is brand new - from the bathroom - to the kitchen - to all appliances. Own private entrance in the backyard.
We live very close to all Parkways and the LIRR.
I have attached a picture of the outside of the house.
Please FM me if you have any questions or if you know of anyone looking for an apartment. We wanted to spread the word before we went with a realtor.
Thanks!
Diana
